All assessment techniques and methods that Remuneration Consulting uses for individuals, including classification, possession, control and use of psychometric assessments, and other techniques/tests that we use for assessing individuals within a working context, is strictly controlled by legislation.
Assessments are in accordance with the following legislation:
- the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa (Act 108 of 1996),
- the Labour Relations Act (66 of 1995),
- the Employment Equity Act (55 of 1998,
- the Health Professions Act (56 of 1974).
Although we offer a full psychometric selection of assessments, we do prefer to meet with our clients first and understand their need. Then we would provide recommendation on the specific assessments battery that be most suitable and align to their need.
Our full-service offering includes assessment provision, report writing and analysis, as well as individual and/ or management feedback.
